  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

II- Shipping Locations

We currently ship to most locations within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
If you have a special delivery request, please contact contactus@uyaksiz.com before placing your order.


III- Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


IV- Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — details will be shown at checkout or on our homepage.

V- Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, please contact our support team.


VI- Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can reship it once you provide the correct information and pay any reshipping fees.


VII- Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at contactus@uyaksiz.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement if applicable.


VIII- Order Tracking Updates

Delivery updates are provided via the carrier’s tracking system. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.
